Iowa Delays Expiration Date on Fuel Environmental Fee

The 1 cent per gallon Environmental Protection Charge (EPC) on petroleum products deposited into certain, primarily underground, storage tanks was set to expire on June 30, 2016. Iowa recent legislation has delayed the expiration date. The Iowa EPC legislation is now scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2016
